Tekhouz Warranty:

All items sold on Tekhouz Solutions comes with warranties, which have at least 12 months after delivery.

Remember, the warranty doesn’t replace applicable legal guarantees. Each state in the US has distinct legal guarantee conditions, and it’s wer responsibility to comply with them.

Accessories and batteries are guaranteed for the same period as the item.

The warranty, which must have better terms than the legal warranty, has been based on three main pillars, which may evolve over time:

1 - The customer can declare a technical issue during the first 12 months, supporting evidence (excluding exclusion of warranty).

2 - The customer obtains a return label within 24 working hours.

3 - The customer is offered a solution* within 3 working days.

In addition, if the battery of the returned product swells or overheats, the warranty does not hold the cost of repair, even when they lead to broken screens. We must change the battery and repair any resulting damage, customer shall pay the repair charger as any damage to the device is a warranty exclusion.

*Repair, if impossible replacement, if impossible refund. In accordance with our charter, in case of a second return for the same breakdown, the customer is entitled to ask for a partial refund.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

Warranties, whether commercial or legal, exclude coverage for the following problems (even in case of failure not caused by the exclusion) :

Accidental breakage

Oxidation

Theft

Any physical hardware damage

Handling of the components of the device by the purchaser or a third party

The complete process to follow on in case of a warranty exclusion is indicated in this article. Please note that the burden of proof is on the customer side and the warranty exclusion must be proven by the customer.

Withdrawal:

Regarding the withdrawal period, it has been pushed to 30 days in total for all orders placed over website.

The customer, therefore, has 30 days upon reception to change his mind and request the return and refund of his product. No change regarding the return of the product, it must be made within 14 days of the customer's communication of his decision to withdraw (or receipt of the return form sent by the seller if the customer chooses this method).

 

Exceptions for end of year period:

The withdrawal period is extended during the holidays of the year-end: all orders placed from Monday of the week of the Black Friday are covered by a right of withdrawal until the 31st of January, included.

 

Return Policy:

Tekhouz should systematically send pre-paid delivery slips in the following cases:

The customer can ask for the refund/replacement within 30-days time frame as per policy.

During the 30-day return period and the Product is defective or was listed incorrectly

The only case where Tekhouz don't need to provide a return label is during the 30-day return period and the customer chooses to return the Product for non-defective reasons (‘customer's Remorse’).

 

Important:

Our customer has 14 calendar days to ship back their item only if they report the problem on the last day(s) of their warranty period. If they ship their item after 14 days but still within the warranty period, we must go ahead and provide the customer with a solution.
